Caydon Property launched the leasing campaign for the 15,373 square metre office tower portion of The Malt District development in Cremorne last week.
The office tower, which will sit on the corner of Punt Road and the Monash Freeway, will have 12 storeys, standing at the same height as the iconic Richmond Silos.
Probuild, currently completing stage one of The Malt District, an apartment tower named ‘Coppins Corner,’ is hopeful to win the bid for the glass office complex.

Should it go to Probuild, 8 Gough Street would be the fourth time the builder has worked with Caydon.
Construction is also underway on a second office tower, at 17-21 Harcourt Parade, to be tenanted by MYOB.
The major redevelopment is set to change the Richmond skyline, and refocus Cremorne as a destination for professionals and creatives alike.
Also included on the site will be retail spaces, a microbrewery, gastro pub and cafes.
Stage one is set for completion in 2020.
